Ballia, 13 Sept : According to police, a FIR has been filed against a youth for allegedly making derogatory comments on Samajwadi Party MP Dimple Yadav on social networking platforms. According to Deputy SP Shiv Narain Vais, a FIR was filed against Ram Dhani Rajbhar for making the derogatory remarks on Facebook and X.
Comments against the SP MP and the Yadav caste were made
He claimed the comments against the SP MP and the Yadav caste were made between September 3 and 7, and that Samajwadi Party workers had sought action against Rajbhar.
FIR was filed under relevant provisions of the IPC and IT Act
Montosh Singh, in-charge of Maniyar Police Station, said the FIR was filed under relevant provisions of the IPC and IT Act. He stated that the police are attempting to apprehend the accused. Dimple Yadav is a Mainpuri MP and the wife of SP president Akhilesh Yadav.
