Court documents revealed that during the investigation, which began in May 2020 following a distress call from a naked woman at Brian Jeffrey Raymond’s residence, investigators found hundreds of explicit photographs and videos on his electronic devices. These images depicted at least 24 women in compromising and unconscious states.
Brian Jeffrey Raymond’s career with the Central Intelligence Agency involved postings in various countries, including Peru, and he was fluent in Spanish and Mandarin. His final role was at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico, where he committed many of his offenses. The FBI’s investigation, which started after the public appeal for information in October 2021, unearthed a harrowing pattern of abuse perpetrated by Brian Jeffrey Raymond over a lengthy period.
