Deepika Nagar died after allegedly falling from the third floor in Jalpura village. Her family had earlier accused her husband and in-laws of murder. Following the latest medical findings, the case has become even more sensitive, with police intensifying the investigation. Authorities have already arrested Deepika’s husband and father-in-law in connection with the case.

Multiple External Injuries Found on Body

According to the postmortem report, Deepika’s body showed several deep injury marks. A major contusion measuring approximately 12 centimeters in length and 9 centimeters in width was found on the right side of her face. Significant injury marks were also observed on her left elbow and forearm.

The report further stated that blood was found coming from her left ear, indicating the possibility of severe head trauma. Medical experts believe such injuries could point toward a violent impact rather than a simple accidental fall.

Several pressure marks and bruises were also identified on different parts of the body. Investigators are now trying to determine whether the injuries occurred solely due to the fall or if physical violence may have taken place before the incident.

Serious Injuries on Thigh, Knee and Abdomen

The postmortem report identified the most severe injury on Deepika’s right thigh, where a blue pressure mark measuring nearly 38 centimeters long and 14 centimeters wide was found. In addition, a deep wound reaching the bone was discovered on her left knee.

Doctors also noted injuries on the lower abdomen and waist area. A large circular contusion was reportedly found above the right iliac crest region. Multiple signs of blunt force trauma and pressure injuries were detected across various body parts.

Medical experts stated that the extent of injuries indicates severe physical impact. However, authorities emphasized that final conclusions can only be drawn after forensic and technical investigations are completed.

Internal Bleeding and Ruptured Spleen Confirmed

During the internal examination, doctors discovered blood clots in the middle and left side of the brain. The report also confirmed a ruptured spleen and internal bleeding in several areas of the body.

Additional findings included empty chambers in the heart and yellow discoloration of the left kidney. According to medical experts, such conditions may indicate severe trauma and extensive blood loss before death.

Investigators are now analyzing the medical findings alongside other evidence to reconstruct the sequence of events. Forensic experts have also been consulted to provide detailed analysis regarding the nature of the injuries.

Viscera Sent for Further Examination

Authorities confirmed that viscera samples have been preserved and sent for laboratory testing to rule out the possibility of poisoning or any toxic substance involvement. Police officials stated that the viscera report may provide additional clarity in the case.

Following Deepika Nagar’s death, her family demanded strict action and accused her husband’s family of involvement. Based on the initial investigation, police arrested her husband and father-in-law. Further investigation is now progressing with the help of forensic evidence, witness accounts, and medical reports.

The case has created widespread attention across the region, with local residents demanding a fair investigation and strict punishment if foul play is confirmed. Police officials said all aspects of the case are being examined carefully and further legal action will depend on the final findings of the investigation.
