Noida, 21 December 2025:
On the auspicious occasion of World Meditation Day, Brahma Kumaris Centre, Sector 46, Noida, successfully organized a highly inspiring program titled “Rajyoga: Inner Awakening for Global Welfare” at Gardenia Glory Club Hall. The event witnessed a large gathering of participants who actively engaged in the spiritual session and explored the transformative power of Rajyoga meditation.

Program Commencement: Deep Guided Meditation
The event began with a deep guided meditation conducted by experienced Brahma Kumaris sisters. This serene initiation immediately brought the attendees into a state of inner calm and focus, creating a positive and energetic environment that set the tone for the entire program.
Keynote Address: Guiding the Mind, Not Controlling It
BK Payal from the New York Brahma Kumaris Centre delivered the keynote address, offering a powerful interpretation of Rajyoga meditation. She clarified that Rajyoga is not merely a technique to calm the mind but an advanced practice to direct it toward the right purpose.

BK Payal highlighted a crucial insight:
“When we begin to recognize ourselves as peaceful souls, meditation does not require conscious effort; we naturally remain in a meditative state.”
She also emphasized the importance of recognizing virtues in others and practicing mutual support, which forms the foundation of global peace. According to the Brahma Kumaris philosophy, meditation is not only a source of personal tranquility but also a wellspring of spiritual strength that fosters prosperity and harmony in the world through individual stability.

Four Golden Resolutions for the New Year
In the concluding session, Rajyogini BK Leena Didi extended warm wishes for the upcoming New Year 2026 and shared four simple yet powerful resolutions to bring positive transformation in life:
Self-Surrender: Dedicate just 10 minutes daily to oneself, focusing on true self-awareness.
Vision and Prayer: Recognize oneself as a child of God, shape a personal vision, and especially pray for those one finds difficult to bless.
Positive Home: Transform the home into a sanctuary of peace and positive energy.
Divine Partnership: Share every small and large positive experience of life with the Divine.
The vote of thanks was delivered by renowned tax expert Arun Kundra. The inspiring program concluded with the distribution of New Year gifts and prasad to all attendees, leaving a lasting impression of inner peace, spiritual learning, and motivation to cultivate global harmony.
