In a tragic incident in Tamil Nadu’s Madurai, the body of a 9-year-old boy was discovered inside a septic tank. The boy, originally from Bihar, was studying at an Urdu promotion institute in Kathapatti village along with 11 other students. The incident came to light when the institute’s warden reported the boy missing to the police on Saturday, May 25.
Following the complaint, police initiated a search and subsequently found the boy’s body in a septic tank on the institute’s premises. The body bore multiple stab wounds to the neck and stomach, indicating foul play.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the victim had an altercation with a 13-year-old fellow student at the institute. The police have detained the teenager and are conducting further investigations into the matter.
