The yoga program at the Bhavan is a journey towards physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. This program equips students with the tools they need to lead a healthier, more balanced life.

While the course is open to everyone, those seeking certification must have at least a 10th-grade qualification.

Classes:
Yoga education is conducted at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan twice a week, on Saturdays and Sundays, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Students are expected to have a minimum attendance of 75% in the class. At the end of the program, there will be a written examination, and students need to obtain a minimum of 40% to pass.
