Moscow, 19 Aug :- Russia banned several British nationals including politicians and journalists from entering the country. Prominent among those banned are Cultural Secretary Lucy Frazer and International Criminal Court Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan. The ban has been imposed for their alleged involvement in propaganda support of the activities of the Ukrainian President Zelenskyy regime and for being Russophobic.
According to the media reports quoting Russian Foreign Affairs Ministry the ban has been imposed on 54 British nationals. Lucy Frazer is charged with efforts to isolate Russia from international sports. Journalists from BBC, Guardian Media Group and Daily Telegraph have also been banned.
