A Qatari Armed Forces aircraft has touched down in the city of El Arish, Egypt, carrying 20 tons of aid provided by the Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD) and the Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS). This delivery marks the 79th aid aircraft dispatched from Qatar, underscoring the nation’s steadfast commitment to supporting the Palestinian people during challenging humanitarian conditions.
According to the Qatari Foreign Ministry, the assistance, which includes vital food supplies, is part of Qatar’s broader efforts to alleviate the suffering of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. This initiative falls within the framework of Qatar’s ongoing humanitarian support for the Palestinian people, demonstrating the country’s unwavering dedication to providing much-needed aid to those in need.
Further, the statement highlighted, Qatar’s firm support for the Palestinian people and its ongoing collaboration with regional and international partners to address the humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip. The initiative reaffirms Qatar’s dedication to alleviating the suffering of Palestinians and providing essential aid to those affected by conflict and hardship.
Additionally, apart from providing aid, Qatar also continues its efforts to provide medical treatment for Palestinians injured in the Gaza Strip. As part of Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani’s initiative, the sixteenth batch of injured Palestinians has been evacuated to receive treatment in Doha. Minister of State for International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater, welcomed the injured upon their arrival, highlighting Qatar’s commitment to supporting the health and well-being of Palestinians.
