President Droupadi Murmu will confer the 69th National Film Awards today i.e. 17th October at Vigyan Bhawan, Delhi.
The National Film Awards is an event in which the National Film Development Corporation of India presents its National Annual Awards to honor the best films in Indian Cinema. The award ceremony was officially to be held on 3rd May 2022 but was postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The winners were announced on 24th August 2023.

Gandhi and Co. for Best Children Film: The awardee is Producer: MD Media Corp and Director: Manish Saini
Meppadiyan for Best Debut Film of a Director: The awardee is Producer: Unni Mukundan and Director: Vishnu Mohan
All the awardees will be awarded with Swarna Kamal, a Certificate, and Cash prize.

Allu Arjun was awarded as the Best Actor for the film Puspha.
Alia Bhatt and Kriti Sanon were awarded as Best Actress for the films Gangubai Kathiawadi and Mimi respectively.
The Kashmir Files won the Nargis Dutt Award for the Best Film on National Integration.
Pankaj Tripathi was awarded as the Best Supporting Actor for Mimi.
Pallavi Joshi was awarded as the Best Supporting Actress for The Kashmir Files.
Sardar Uddham was awarded the Best Hindi Film, Best Cinematography, Best Audiography, Best Production Design, and Best Costume Design.
