The affidavit, which spans 64 pages, details Naveen Patnaik’s holdings, including movable assets of over ₹14.05 crore and immovable properties valued at ₹57.02 crore. Among the significant assets listed are a ₹13.66 crore residence known as Naveen Niwas in Bhubaneswar and a ₹43.35 crore property on APJ Abdul Kalam Road in New Delhi. Naveen Patnaik owns a 50 percent share in the New Delhi home and a two-thirds share in the Bhubaneswar property.
