In a powerful endorsement of India’s recent counter-terror operation, Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Indian Armed Forces for the successful execution of Operation Sindoor. Speaking at the Rising Northeast Investors Summit in New Delhi, Mukesh Ambani described the military action as a reflection of Modi’s strong leadership and the unwavering courage of India’s armed personnel.

Praise for Leadership and Bravery

Addressing the audience at the summit, Mukesh Ambani began by saluting Prime Minister Modi for what he called the “resounding success” of Operation Sindoor. He emphasized that the operation stands as a testament to Modi’s resolve and the military’s unmatched valor. “Under the bold and decisive leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Indian Armed Forces have responded with precision and power to every provocation from across the border,” Mukesh Ambani said.

Operation Sindoor was launched on May 7 as a retaliatory measure against the Pahalgam terror attack. The Indian military targeted nine terror hideouts in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, delivering a significant blow to groups like Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Muhammed. According to Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, the operation neutralized nearly 100 terrorists.

Symbolism Behind Operation Sindoor

Mukesh Ambani also highlighted the symbolism of the operation’s name, “Sindoor” – a red powder worn by Hindu women as a mark of marriage. The name is especially poignant in light of the April 22 Pahalgam massacre, where newly married men were targeted based on their religion.

In a separate statement made earlier on May 8, AMukesh mbani remarked that Modi’s leadership has sent a clear message: India will not remain silent in the face of terror. “We will not tolerate a single attack on our soil, on our civilians, or on the brave men and women who defend our nation,” he asserted.

AMukesh mbani’s strong words come at a time when the Indian government has received widespread domestic support for its assertive response to cross-border terrorism. The success of Operation Sindoor has further reinforced public confidence in the country’s leadership and its military capabilities, signaling that threats to national security will be met with firm and unflinching action.
