A video capturing three men stealing goods from a moving truck in Madhya Pradesh has garnered attention on social media, drawing comparisons to scenes from Hindi films. The incident unfolded on the Dewas-Shajapur route of the Agra-Mumbai highway, with a motorist recording the act from his vehicle.
In the footage, one man rides a motorcycle closely behind the truck, while his accomplices climb atop the moving vehicle to cut through the tarpaulin covering the goods. Subsequently, they toss a loaded box onto the road before descending the truck and joining the motorcyclist. As the truck continues its journey, the bike slows down to retrieve the stolen item.
“Very few details of this particular incident have emerged so far. I haven’t received this video as yet. Neither has any truck driver reported any such incident so far. As soon as we get the video, we will investigate and take action accordingly,” Bheem Singh Patel stated, underscoring the need for a thorough inquiry into the matter.
The brazen nature of the theft, resembling scenes from Bollywood movies, has sparked concern about the safety of goods transportation on highways. Authorities are urged to enhance vigilance and security measures to prevent such incidents in the future.
As the video circulates widely on social media, it underscores the importance of public awareness and cooperation in reporting criminal activities to law enforcement agencies. The Madhya Pradesh Police’s commitment to addressing the matter highlights the significance of timely and effective response in maintaining law and order.
