DUBLIN, Ohio, 14 January 2025—ILLiad has been selected by the National Library of Medicine (NLM), part of the National Institutes of Health, as its interlibrary loan (ILL) and document delivery management system. The decision to use ILLiad came in response to a competitive proposal process for NLM’s ILL and document delivery needs.
