The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has unveiled the tentative schedule for the Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM) 2025, outlining key dates and application procedures for prospective candidates. The registration process for JAM 2025 commenced on September 3, 2024, and will remain open until October 11, 2024.
Candidates will have the opportunity to make changes to their examination cities, test papers, categories, or gender up until November 18, 2024. Additionally, the deadline for uploading a valid OBC-NCL/EWS certificate is November 20, 2024. The confirmation of compensatory time or scribe assistance is scheduled for December 30, 2024.
Admit cards for JAM 2025 will be available for download from the online application portal starting in early January 2025. The examination itself is set to take place on February 2, 2025. Following the test, the results will be announced on March 19, 2025, with scorecards accessible for download from March 25, 2025. The admission portal will open on April 2, 2025, for candidates to proceed with their applications.

The JAM exam, conducted annually, serves as a gateway to various postgraduate programs, including MSc, MSc (Tech), MSc-MTech Dual Degree, MS (Research), Joint MSc-PhD, and MSc-PhD Dual Degree programs.
The scores from JAM 2025 will be utilized for admissions to over 2,300 seats across prestigious institutions such as the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Defence Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT), Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISER) Pune and Bhopal, Indian Institute of Petroleum and Energy (IIPE), Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR), and Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology (SLIET). Admissions will be facilitated through the Common Counselling Portal (CCMN).
