The Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), is an Autonomous Society under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. Government of India invites applications from eligible candidates for filling up 03 posts of Consultant in Administration, Accounts and Procurement (one each) at its Main Campus in New Delhi on a contract basis.

Job Location – New Delhi
Age Limit – Not more than 63 years
Educational Qualification – Graduate in any discipline.
Experience – Retired Officer of the Government of India, State government, Autonomous bodies and PSUs.
Eligibility Criteria –
a)Candidate must have retired in past 3 years .
b)Candidate must have served in the Administrative/ Accounts/Procurement (as relevant for the post applied)department in L-10 or above for atleast 3 years.
c)A person with a good aptitude for the IT process and typing shall be preferred.
Salary –
a)The remuneration of retired government shall be fixed as per DoE OM no 3-25/2020-E.IIIA dated 09.12.2020.
b)No HRA will be paid.
Leave –
Paid Leave of absence may be allowed at the rate of 1.5 days for each completed month of service. Accumulation of leave beyond a calendar year may not be allowed.
Role and responsibilities-
To assist IIMC authorities in day to day execution of official works as directed.
Terms of the contract-
a)The term of appointment shall be for a period of not more than one year.
b)The consultant shall sign an Agreement of Confidentiality with the IIMC containing a clause of ethics and integrity as per the Indian official Secret Act, 1923.
Method of selection-
After the examination of Applications and CVs, the shortlisted candidates shall be called for an interview.
