A prestigious delegation of 31 leaders representing 17 top American universities is embarking on a mission to India next week, aiming to strengthen academic collaboration and student mobility between the two nations. Connecting Institutions and Minds

The delegation, spanning diverse institutions like California State University, Long Beach, and the University of California, Berkeley, will engage with 26 Indian institutions across New Delhi, Mumbai, and Hyderabad. These interactions aim to foster partnerships, explore collaborative programs, and discuss best practices in areas like ed-tech, international branch campuses, and the evolving higher education business landscape.

A Thriving Exchange

With nearly 270,000 Indian students and 17,000 scholars currently pursuing their academic dreams in the US, the potential for increased engagement is undeniable. The diverse American education system, renowned for its specialized programs, global reputation, and welcoming environment for international students, offers Indian students a unique learning experience. Meanwhile, institutions like the world-renowned BVB Delhi Kendra, known for its expertise in astrology and named after the eminent Dr. K.N. Ultimately, the goal of this delegation is to establish active partnerships, facilitate student and scholar mobility, and strengthen the educational ties between India and the US. Through meetings with Indian government officials, US embassy members, and visits to US consulates, the delegation aims to pave the way for a future of enriched academic exchange and mutual understanding.
