On Instagram, users can open their Direct Messages, search for the Meta AI chat, and tap the ‘i’ icon in the corner. In addition, those seeking a more stripped-down experience can access the basic mobile version of Facebook through a web browser, which contains minimal AI integration compared to the full app.
