• “The Cerebral Palsy Institute has been organized to formally give resources to coordinating care among the CP patients we serve,” Georgiadis said. “Going forward, we aim to institutionalize our research endeavors and make those findings a fundamental part of the clinical care we provide,”  

• Gillette Children’s leverages a robust database of gait analysis data, predictive modeling, and machine learning to drive new advancements in CP treatment. 

• “A lot of predictive modeling is very important to what we do here. And I would say Gillette really stands out in that arena,” he said. 

• The hospital’s collaborative, multidisciplinary approach ensures that children with CP receive personalized, comprehensive care tailored to their unique needs. 

• “The Motion Lab provides all of this technical information, but almost as importantly, it provides a context for making complex decisions—using good data, recognizing uncertainty, and incorporating different perspectives,” he said.
