Washington, 02 Sept :- Four inmates of Fulton County jail were stabbed to death in a scuffle between them. Violent friction between jail inmates has resulted in the deaths of five within a month.
One of the inmates Davian Blaske (23) entered into a verbal debate with others over possession of arms, which resulted in an exchange of blows. Blaske was injured seriously. He was immediately shifted to a hospital, where he succumbed to the injuries.
Spokesperson of Fulton County Sheriff’s Office Shefali Ammons said that enquiry into the incident is in progress. Altanta police will soon declare names of those involved in the incident
An officer posted at the prison expressed concern over the growing violence inside the jail. The walls of the prison are broken. The inmates take undue advantage of the situation.
