On Wednesday, amid the latest chaos and the confrontation among farmers and the government, Union Agriculture Minister Arjun Munda said, “A solution can be found only through continued dialogue. I appeal to the farmers’ organisation to move forward by the way of dialogue to find a resolution to all issues.”
Haryana Police dismisses false reports over abduction of protester
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Haryana Police quashes fake news of abduction of one farmer.
“The fake news of abduction of one farmer named Preet s/o Davinder Singh r/oVillage Nawa Gao Dist Sangrur by Haryana Police at Khanauri border is strongly denied.He is admitted in PGI Rohtak by Haryana police for treatment and is completely out of danger,” the Haryana Police said.
Earlier the Police have had also denied claims of any farmer deaths on the protest site.
