Near and far focusing: This exercise helps to strengthen the muscles that control your focus. To do this exercise, hold your thumb about 10 inches in front of your face and focus on it for 10 seconds. Then, shift your focus to an object that is at least 20 feet away for 10 seconds. Repeat this exercise 10 times.

Palming: This exercise helps to relax the muscles around the eyes. To do this exercise, rub your palms together to warm them up. Then, close your eyes and place your palms over your eyes, making sure that your fingers are crossed over your forehead. Breathe deeply and relax for 10 minutes.

Figure eight: This exercise helps to improve eye coordination. To do this exercise, imagine a large figure eight in front of you. Slowly trace the figure eight with your eyes, moving your eyes in both directions. Repeat this exercise 10 times in each direction.

Rolling your eyes: This exercise helps to improve eye circulation. To do this exercise, look up at the ceiling and then slowly roll your eyes in a clockwise direction. Repeat this exercise 10 times. Then, roll your eyes in the opposite direction 10 times.

Blinking: We often forget to blink when we are using computers or other digital devices. Blinking helps to keep the eyes moist and lubricated. To do this exercise, simply blink rapidly for 10 seconds. Then, close your eyes and rest for 10 seconds. Repeat this exercise 10 times.

You can do eye exercises at any time of day, but it is best to do them when you are not tired. You can also do eye exercises while you are working or watching TV. Just be sure to take breaks every 20 minutes to look away from the screen and focus on something in the distance.

It is important to note that eye exercises cannot cure or prevent all eye problems. However, they can help to improve eye health and vision for many people. If you have any concerns about your eyesight, be sure to see an eye doctor for regular checkups.

Here are some additional tips for improving eye health

  1. Eat a healthy diet that includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
  2. Get regular exercise.
  3. Avoid smoking.

  5. Protect your eyes from the sun by wearing sunglasses.
  6. Take breaks from digital devices every 20 minutes to look away from the screen and focus on something in the distance.
