Mumbai, 13 February : The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has invited tenders for the official partner of the Women’s Premier League (WPL).
The detailed terms and conditions governing the tender process including eligibility requirements, the procedure for submission of bids, rights and obligations etc. are contained in the ‘Request for Quotation’ (RFQ) which will be made available upon receipt of payment.
In an official statement, the BCCI said, “A non-refundable fee of one lakh Indian Rupees and the procedure for obtaining any applicable Goods and Services Tax documents are listed in Annexure A of this notice. The RFQ will be available for purchase until February 17, 2023.
The statement further said, Interested parties are requested to email the details of payment made for procurement of RFQ as per the procedure laid down in Annexure A to [email protected]. It is clarified that RFQ documents will be shared only after confirmation of payment. Any party wishing to submit a bid is required to purchase the RFQ. However, only those fulfilling the eligibility criteria laid down in the RFQ and subject to other terms and conditions laid down therein shall be eligible to bid. It is clarified that the mere purchase of RFQ does not entitle any person to bid. BCCI reserves the right to cancel or modify the bidding process at any stage without assigning any reason.
