The Supreme Court’s decision marked a significant victory for Sisodia and the AAP, highlighting the triumph of truth and the impact of Sisodia’s work on Delhi’s education system.

  • The Supreme Court ruled that it would be a “travesty of justice” to send Sisodia back to trial without bail.
  • Justices B R Gavai and K V Viswanathan delivered the verdict, having reserved judgment on August 6.
  • Sisodia, arrested by the CBI on February 26, 2023, and by the ED on March 9, 2023, sought bail due to the lack of commencement of his trial.
