This event, held annually in memory of the 13 individuals killed during a 1993 demonstration led by Mamata Banerjee, will also be attended by former Rajya Sabha member Kiranmay Nanda. The rally symbolizes a significant moment in West Bengal’s political history, marking the struggle against the repressive CPI-M regime.
