1. Kanguva
Actor Suriya is set to enter the pan-Indian film scene with a movie directed by Siruthai Siva. The producer, K. E. Gnanavel Raja, plans to dub the film in 38 languages, but the film’s genre and time setting remain uncertain.
2. Captain Miller
Dhanush stars in a period film set before independence, where he plays a rebel fighting against colonizers. Kannada superstar Shivarajkumar makes a cameo. The film releases on Pongal 2024.
3. Vettaiyan
Rajinikanth and TJ Gnanavel Raja’s film, “Vettaiyan,” is notable for featuring Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, and Rana Daggubati from other film industries. The promo assures it will have Rajinikanth’s signature style and mass appeal.
4. Guntur Kaaram
“Guntur Kaaram” reunites Mahesh Babu and director Trivikram Srinivas after previous hits. It marks Mahesh Babu’s return to the screen after two years and stars Sreeleela as the lead. Release date: Sankranthi 2024.
5. Kalki 2898 AD
The upcoming pan-India film, set in the future, stars Prabhas and is directed by Nag Ashwin. It features Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and Deepika Padukone, creating high anticipation. The first look was unveiled at San Diego’s Comic Con.
6. Pushpa – The Rule

7. Devara
“Devara” is a significant film for NTR Jr. after “RRR.” It’s directed by Kortala Siva and will be released in two parts. The movie features Janhvi Kapoor’s Telugu debut and Saif Ali Khan as the antagonist, with the first part releasing on April 5.
