Salaar, a two-part cinematic saga, has launched its first installment, ‘Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire’, with the second part titled ‘Shouryaanga Parvam’. The film, featuring a multilingual release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada, hit the theaters on December 22. It faces competition from Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Dunki’ at the box office.
Set against the backdrop of the untamed land of Khansaar, the narrative revolves around two childhood companions, Deva and Varadha. Deva’s promise to stand by Varadha through thick and thin forms the crux of the story. However, a twist of fate turns these once inseparable friends into adversaries, a mystery that will unravel in the upcoming sequel.”
