Now that the monsoon has almost arrived, it is important to take care of your health by keeping in mind the diseases and health problems that occur during the monsoon. Generally, we see that flu, fever and skin allergies become quite common during the rainy season. Also, due to the accumulation of rainwater, the breeding of mosquitoes also increases, so it is important that these diseases do not touch you.
On one hand, to avoid diseases, instructions are given not to eat fried food during the monsoon season, on the other hand, Ayurveda can also be of great benefit to you.
In Charak Samhita, instructions have been given to eat some such food containing moisture which can have a positive effect on your health. Ayurveda describes the benefits of medicinal herbs like Giloy, Mulethi, Bael, Amla and Tulsi, but if you do not know about all these herbs and are unable to consume them separately, then you can consume Dabur Chyavanprash before the monsoon because it is said to be the best remedy to increase immunity, which not only gives full strength to your body during illness but also before illness.
Many scientific researches have revealed that it is a very beneficial and reliable product for children, old people and women. So if you are engaged in fulfilling all your needs before the monsoon, then it is important for you to keep your body healthy.
Additionally, red alerts were issued for South Interior Karnataka, Konkan and Goa, and coastal Karnataka, while an orange alert covered Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Madhya Pradesh, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, and Sikkim.
In other parts of India, particularly Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, and parts of Madhya Pradesh, temperatures remained above normal, with some areas reporting maximums exceeding 43°C.
The IMD continues to monitor weather patterns closely as the monsoon progresses across the country, providing vital updates and alerts to ensure public safety and preparedness against adverse weather conditions.
