Skill Upgradation: Artisans undergo rigorous training, including basic training sessions lasting 5-7 days and advanced programs spanning 15 days or more, with a daily stipend of Rs. 500.
Toolkit Incentive : Artisans receive toolkit incentives of up to Rs. 15,000 through e-vouchers at the start of their training, empowering them to acquire essential tools and equipment.
Credit Support : The scheme offers collateral-free ‘Enterprise Development Loans’ of up to Rs. 3 lakh, disbursed in two tranches. Beneficiaries completing basic training can access the first tranche of Rs. 1 lakh, with a concessional interest rate of 5% and a government subvention of 8%.
