Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to embark on a two-day visit to Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh on February 22nd and 23rd, 2024, to participate in various developmental events aimed at bolstering infrastructure and fostering growth.
On February 22nd, the Prime Minister’s day will kick off in Ahmedabad, where he will join the Golden Jubilee celebration of the Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF) at around 10:45 AM. Subsequently, at approximately 12:45 PM, he will proceed to Mahesana to offer prayers and seek blessings at the Valinath Mahadev Temple. Following this, at 1 PM, a public function in Tarabh, Mahesana awaits, where he will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of multiple development projects collectively valued at more than Rs 8,350 crore. Later, at 4:15 PM, the Prime Minister will arrive in Navsari to dedicate to the nation and initiate work on several development projects, amounting to around Rs 17,500 crore. His day will conclude with a visit to the Kakrapar Atomic Power Station at 6:15 PM, where he will inaugurate two new Pressurised Heavy Water Reactors (PHWRs), further strengthening India’s nuclear capabilities.
The following day, February 23rd, will witness Prime Minister Modi’s engagement in Uttar Pradesh, beginning with a programme for distributing prizes to the winners of Sansad Sanskrit Pratiyogita at Swatantra Sabhagar, BHU, Varanasi. Afterward, at 11:15 AM, he will pay homage at Sant Guru Ravidas Janmasthali and participate in commemorating the 647th birth anniversary of Sant Guru Ravidas at 11:30 AM. Finally, at 1:45 PM, the Prime Minister will grace a public function in Varanasi, where he will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of multiple development projects totaling Rs 13,000 crore, aiming to uplift the socio-economic landscape of the region.
