In a society where the youth are considered the driving force behind a nation’s progress, the plight of orphaned children often goes unnoticed. Over four lakh children in India find themselves in orphanages, facing uncertain futures as they age out of these institutions at 18. Recognizing the challenges these youths encounter in pursuit of education and employment, the Tarpan Foundation emerges as a beacon of hope for those determined to contribute to the nation’s development.
Empowering Orphaned Youths:
The saying “Children are the true reflection of the mind” underscores the influence of upbringing and environment on a child’s development. Acknowledging the pivotal role children play in a nation’s future, the Indian government promotes initiatives like “Developed India 2047 – Voice of Youth” to convey the message that the youth are the bedrock of the nation’s progress. The active participation of the youth is deemed essential for the country to achieve its developmental goals.
