No NEET-UG Retake Candidates Score Full Marks; Toppers Tally Reduced to 61 | BulletsIn

The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted a retest for NEET-UG on June 23 for 1,563 students who had previously received grace marks due to lost examination time on May 5. None of the 813 candidates who participated in the retest achieved full marks, resulting in a reduction of the topper count from 67 to 61.

  7. Six candidates from Haryana had previously scored 720 out of 720.
  8. Students who skipped the retest will retain their original scores without grace marks.
  9. The retest results were announced late on Sunday by the NTA.
  10. Government officials confirmed the reduction in the number of toppers.
