The forthcoming second phase of the Lok Sabha elections on April 26 will witness electoral activities in numerous states, encompassing Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Tripura, West Bengal, and Jammu and Kashmir.

Amit Shah’s Kerala Campaign:

Union Home Minister and BJP luminary, Amit Shah, is slated to embark on a campaign tour in Kerala to bolster the BJP-led NDA’s election endeavors for the Lok Sabha.

Recent Developments:

BJP has conferred the South Mumbai ticket upon its ally, the Eknath Shinde faction of Shiv Sena, with Milind Deora emerging as the NDA’s candidate from South Mumbai.

Nilesh Kumbhani, a prominent Congress figure in Surat, remains elusive following the rejection of his nomination, sparking speculation of a potential defection to the BJP.

Repolling is currently underway at eight polling stations in Arunachal Pradesh in response to incidents of violence during the initial phase of voting.

Home Minister Amit Shah is slated to deliver a fervent address at a rally in Kerala’s Alappuzha in support of NDA candidate Sobha Surendran.
