The engagement period for the selected candidates is set for one year initially, with the possibility of an extension for another year, up to two times, depending on the hospital’s requirements and the doctor’s performance. As per the notification, the extension will be based on the same rates, terms, and conditions, and will be at the discretion of the IOCL-Guwahati Refinery.
