Solving a Rubik’s Cube might look hard at first, but if you follow simple steps, even if you’re a beginner, you can do it. Here are easy steps to help you solve a Rubik’s Cube :
Step 1 : Complete The First Layer Cross
1. Keep WHITE centre on top
2. Turn the cube so that the side with the green center is directly facing you
3. Search for the two-colored edge piece, green and white, and move it as shown, while keeping the white center upwards and the green center towards you.
4. Pick the option that best matches your cube’s arrangement and use the directed moves to place the green and white edge piece.

Step 2 : Complete The First Layer Corners
1. Keep WHITE on top
2. Put the GREEN centre piece in front (facing you)
3. Find the GREEN/WHITE/RED corner (it has 3 colours) and place it in one of the positions below
4. Pick the right steps to move the green, white, and red corner piece without messing up the white cross.

Step 3 : Complete Second Layer
1. Keep WHITE on top
2. Look for the piece with both green and red colors on it.
3. If the piece is on the bottom, turn that layer to line up the edge with the same center color.
4. If the edge is not in the bottom layer, then go to Step C
5. Pick the right sequence from the following options to place the edge piece.
A/B

Step 4 : Complete The Third Layer Cross
1. Turn the cube over (white is now on the bottom and yellow on top)
2. Observe that there will be zero, two, or four upward-facing pieces in the cross. The corner pieces are not important at this point.
3. The idea is firstly to get the yellow cross and secondly to turn swap pieces to the correct position in the cross.
4. Use the algorithm to get the yellow cross, keeping your cube aligned as shown in the image.

You will now have 4 or 2 edge pieces in the correct place. Matching with the center colors. Ensure the correct edge pieces are at the back and right face. Use the algorithm below to put the edge pieces in the correct position.
Step 5 : Complete The Third Layer Corners
1. First we will put the corners in the correct position (A).
You’ll find either no corners, one corner, or all corners properly positioned, either the right way up or reversed.
If one corner piece is in the correct corner turn the cube to that this correct corner is in the front top right position. The piece is in the correct position, BUT may not be turned the correct way around.

Repeat the sequence until all the corners are in the correct position.
Note : Don’t get discouraged if the cube seems more jumbled. Maintain the same orientation and rest assured, it will be solved once the last corner is in place.

Repeat the moves until the YELLOW side of the corner piece is on top. You may have to do it 2-3 times.
Keep The Same Side Facing You
1. Turn the top layer of the cube until the next corner you need to work on is in the top right spot.
2 . Do the steps you learned before until the yellow part of that corner is facing upwards.
3. Keep doing this with each corner.
4. Continue these steps until your cube is completely solved.
