- Age Limit Relaxation for Constable Recruitment: The upper age limit for police constable recruitment has been extended by one year. General candidates can now apply up to 26 years, while SC/ST, OBC, Gorkhas, and distinguished sportspersons have an upper limit of 28 years. Home Guards can apply up to 29 years.
- Creation of New Posts: Over 6630 positions will be created and filled across government departments. This includes 6297 Early Childhood Care and Education Tutors to enhance early education and 200 Medical Officer positions in Health and Family Welfare.
- Medical College Faculty Expansion: Faculty positions in medical colleges will see significant expansion with 22 new posts of Professors, Associate Professors, and Assistant Professors distributed among various institutions.
- Trauma Center Staffing: To improve healthcare services, posts such as Casualty Medical Officers and supporting medical staff will be filled to operationalize Trauma Centers in Tanda and Chamba Medical Colleges.
- Administrative Tribunal Posts: Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal will see an addition of 84 new positions across various categories.
- Town Planning: 13 new posts are allocated for better regulation in the newly constituted Four Lane Planning Areas under the Town and Country Planning department.
- Youth Services and Sports: Four new Youth Organizer positions will be created to support youth development initiatives under the Youth Services and Sports Department.
- Public Sector Recruitment: Direct recruitment of Group C posts in state government and public sector undertakings will now be overseen by HP Rajya Chayan Aayog.
- Infrastructure Development: Approval was granted to establish Superintendent of Police Office and Superintending Engineer Public Works Department in Dehra, Kangra district, and an Electrical Division in Haroli, Una district.
- Committees Formation: Cabinet sub-committees were formed to streamline operations of Home Stays and boost tourism, as well as to recommend strategies for resource mobilization.
