Euro area unemployment at 6.4% – Products Euro Indicators

In December 2023, the euro area seasonally-adjusted unemployment rate was 6.4%, stable compared with November 2023 and down from 6.7% in December 2022. The EU unemployment rate was 5.9% in December 2023, also stable compared to November 2023 and down from 6.1% in December 2022. These figures are published by Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union.
