Disney Cruise Line is set to launch its first-ever cruise in Asia, with bookings opening on December 10, 2024, a full year ahead of the ship’s inaugural voyage. The highly anticipated “Disney Adventure” will set sail from Singapore in December 2025, offering a range of cruise packages tailored to a diverse customer base across Southeast Asia.
Pricing for the cruises starts at $958 for a three-night trip for two adults. For those seeking longer voyages, four- and five-night cruises begin at $1,318 and $2,694, respectively. Guests opting for rooms with enhanced amenities can expect higher rates. Ocean-view rooms for two adults start at $1,318 for three nights, while private verandah rooms cost $1,438. The premium “Concierge” staterooms, which include exclusive services, are priced at $3,298 for two adults. Families can also benefit from reduced rates for children or additional adults sharing the same room. For instance, a family of four can book a four-night ocean-view room for approximately $2,876.
Fans of Disney’s Frozen can indulge in the ultimate luxury by booking one of the two royal suites inspired by Elsa and Anna. These suites feature themed decor, living and dining areas, two bathrooms, and bunkbeds for kids. Pricing for these exclusive accommodations has yet to be announced.
For the maiden voyage on December 15, 2025, pricing is expected to be higher, starting at around $780 per person for a three-night journey. Rates include meals, live entertainment, and character experiences, though extras like alcohol, internet access, and adult-exclusive dining options will incur additional costs.
The “Disney Adventure” is a state-of-the-art ship designed to hold 6,700 passengers, featuring seven themed areas inspired by Disney, Pixar, and Marvel. Attractions include the Imagination Garden with a fairytale castle, Toy Story Place with water slides and rides, and Marvel Landing, which boasts Disney’s first rollercoaster at sea. Other amenities include the San Fransokyo Street market, Town Square’s dining and shopping hub, and Disney Discovery Reef’s sea-themed cafes and bars.
The cruise will remain docked in Singapore for at least five years under a partnership between Disney Cruise Line and the Singapore Tourism Board. Sarah Fox, Disney Cruise Line’s vice president and regional general manager, emphasized Southeast Asia’s importance, citing Singapore’s ability to attract tourists from China, Indonesia, and India as a key factor in choosing the region. Cruises are scheduled to depart through March 2026, promising an unparalleled Disney experience for families and fans in Asia.
