The National Testing Agency (NTA) is poised to release the results for the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research-National Eligibility Test (CSIR-NET) 2024 shortly. Candidates who appeared for the exam will be able to view their results on the official NTA website, csirnet.nta.ac.in, using their login credentials.
The CSIR UGC NET exam was conducted across 187 cities at 348 centers nationwide on July 25, 26, and 27, 2024. A total of 225,335 candidates participated in this year’s examination. Following the exam, the provisional answer key and question paper, along with recorded responses, were released on August 8. Candidates had the opportunity to challenge the provisional answer key between August 9 and 11 by paying a fee of Rs 200 per question. These challenges were reviewed by a panel of subject experts. Valid challenges led to revisions in the answer key, which were then applied to all candidates’ responses to finalize the results.
In terms of qualifying criteria, candidates from General, EWS, and OBC categories need to secure a minimum of 33 percent marks in the CSIR UGC NET 2024 exam. Meanwhile, candidates from SC, ST, and PwD categories must achieve at least 25 percent to qualify.
To check their results, candidates should follow these steps: first, visit the official CSIR UGC NET website at csirnet.nta.ac.in. Next, click on the link titled “CSIR UGC NET 2024 Results and Final Answer Keys.” This will redirect users to a new page where they need to enter specific details. After submitting the required information, the results, along with the final answer keys, will be displayed.
