Ms. Rumjhum Chatterjee, a prominent figure in the realms of business, women’s empowerment, and community welfare, stands as a beacon of inspiration for her remarkable contributions to India’s Infrastructure Development and Women’s Empowerment.
Ms. Chatterjee’s journey is marked by her co-founding role at the Infravision Foundation, an organization dedicated to driving positive change in the infrastructure sector. Her leadership has left an indelible mark on the Feedback Infra Group, where she served as Co-founder and Group Managing Director until 2021. Within the infrastructure sector, she is widely recognized for her expertise in human capital management, a testament to her vision and leadership.

In 2013, she was honored with the title of “20 Most Talented HR Leaders in India” by the World HRD Congress, acknowledging her exceptional contributions to human resources and leadership. Step 3: Submit a case study\ white paper or a video of 3-5 minutes stating your key achievements along with the form. The top 10 responses\projects\ nominees will be showcased in our annual award compendium.
