At the conclusion of the meeting, all Child Development Project Officers were directed to ensure 100 percent data entry related to beneficiaries\u2019 weight measurement and ANC records on the nutrition tracker portal. They were also instructed to prepare and submit a list of logistical shortcomings affecting the measurement process.<\/p>\n
