Este nuevo sistema mejorar\u00e1 la eficiencia, reforzar\u00e1 la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas y garantizar\u00e1 una resoluci\u00f3n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida de las quejas ciudadanas mediante el uso de inteligencia artificial y an\u00e1lisis de datos.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1500\">Actualmente, los ciudadanos de Delhi presentan sus quejas a trav\u00e9s de diversas plataformas como el Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de Quejas P\u00fablicas (PGMS), LG Listening Post, CPGRAMS y otros portales departamentales. Sin embargo, debido a la falta de un sistema unificado, las quejas suelen sufrir retrasos, duplicaciones y una escasa coordinaci\u00f3n. El nuevo <strong data-start=\"1368\" data-end=\"1414\">Sistema Inteligente de Monitoreo de Quejas<\/strong> solucionar\u00e1 este problema al integrar todas las plataformas en un panel centralizado.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1941\">El sistema, desarrollado e implementado por el IIT Kanpur, utilizar\u00e1 tecnolog\u00edas avanzadas como aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico, an\u00e1lisis sem\u00e1ntico e inteligencia de datos. Permitir\u00e1 a los funcionarios visualizar todas las quejas en un solo panel, hacer seguimiento en tiempo real y garantizar su resoluci\u00f3n oportuna. Adem\u00e1s, permitir\u00e1 b\u00fasquedas sem\u00e1nticas, facilitando la identificaci\u00f3n de quejas seg\u00fan su significado y no solo por palabras clave.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1943\" data-end=\"2007\">Entre las principales caracter\u00edsticas del sistema se incluyen:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2008\" data-end=\"2360\">\n<li data-start=\"2008\" data-end=\"2080\">\n<p data-start=\"2010\" data-end=\"2080\">Asignaci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica de quejas a los departamentos correspondientes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2081\" data-end=\"2156\">\n<p data-start=\"2083\" data-end=\"2156\">Identificaci\u00f3n de problemas recurrentes mediante an\u00e1lisis de causa ra\u00edz<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2157\" data-end=\"2233\">\n<p data-start=\"2159\" data-end=\"2233\">Evaluaci\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o de los departamentos en la resoluci\u00f3n de quejas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2234\" data-end=\"2278\">\n<p data-start=\"2236\" data-end=\"2278\">Filtrado de quejas falsas o irrelevantes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2279\" data-end=\"2360\">\n<p data-start=\"2281\" data-end=\"2360\">Digitalizaci\u00f3n de documentos manuscritos o escaneados mediante tecnolog\u00eda OCR<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2362\" data-end=\"2684\">El IIT Kanpur ser\u00e1 responsable de la integraci\u00f3n del sistema, auditor\u00edas de ciberseguridad, evaluaciones de vulnerabilidad, pruebas de penetraci\u00f3n y mantenimiento t\u00e9cnico a largo plazo. El sistema ha sido dise\u00f1ado para garantizar seguridad de los datos, confiabilidad y escalabilidad ante el aumento del volumen de quejas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2686\" data-end=\"3101\">En la ocasi\u00f3n, el ministro de Tecnolog\u00eda de la Informaci\u00f3n, Pankaj Kumar Singh, afirm\u00f3 que el Gobierno de Delhi est\u00e1 adoptando tecnolog\u00edas avanzadas para fortalecer la gobernanza y mejorar la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios p\u00fablicos.
